  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • 3garlic cloves, finely chopped
  • 1/4cup of honey
  • 2tablespoons fresh lemon juice
  • 2olive oil spoons
  • 2sprigs of fresh oregano

  • 1Preheat oven to 375ºF. Line a cookie sheet with foil.
  • 2Place the salmon in the center of the lined tray. Season with salt and pepper to taste.
  • 3In a small bowl, combine the garlic, honey, lemon juice, and olive oil. Mix well until the honey is dissolved. Bathe the salmon evenly with this mixture. Place the oregano sprigs over the salmon.

Ingredients to make Baked salmon with orange and honey:

  •  4 pieces of salmon fillet
  •  1 Orange
  •  ½ cup of fresh orange juice
  •  1 onion
  •  ½ Orange (zest)
  •  4 tablespoons of Honey
  •  1 pinch of salt
  •  1 pinch of Pepper

How to make Honey Orange Baked Salmon:

The first step to prepare this delicious recipe for salmon with orange will be to gather all the ingredients. Keep in mind that we will need a total of about two oranges, one we will leave whole, and from the other, we will obtain the zest and the juice.

To start cooking we take the pieces of salmon and place them on the baking sheet, you can use the tray directly or a refractory mold. We season the fish very well to enhance the flavor.

Apart, finely chop the onion. If you like to feel the onion you can cut it into a fine julienne, although we have preferred to cut it in brunoise, which is the cut you see in the photo.

Now we take the onion and put it in a bowl. Right there we pour the orange juice, honey, and orange zest, mix perfectly.

We bathe the salmon with this mixture and then cut the other orange we have into slices. We place the slices on the fish and cook in the oven, preheating at 190ºC for 15-20 minutes.
